Our Property Management team are experienced and offer a professional and caring service for prospective tenants.

Vacant listings are matched to prospective tenants to ensure the ongoing and amicable relationships between our property management department and the tenant.

Processes a prospective tenant will need to be aware of include the following:

• Tenant application form must be completed
• Credit check must be provided with application
• 2 written rental references must be provided with application
• 2 written character references must be provided with application

Once all your information is provided to our Property Mangement team:

• The application approval process usually takes 24-48 hrs
• A member of our Property Management team will contact you to discuss your application
• A convenient time is set for all parties for a member of our team to show you through the property if your application is successful
• Discussion is held on property suitability and lease details
• A lease document is drawn up and you will be asked to read through it and discuss it prior to signing it
• A Residential Tenancy Agreement (lease) is a legal document and all parties signing it are bound to the terms of that agreement - be sure you can meet all the terms including the length of lease
• Payment of bond which is four times the weekly rental of the property
• Pay two weeks rent in advance to the agent upon signing the lease
• Our property management team offer a direct debit facility for payment of rent this can be organised at sign up
• An information pack will be provided with the keys to the property once all payments are receipted this pack will include - a copy of your Residential Tenancy Agreement, 2 copies of the property condition and inventory report, local information and a brief overview of our requirements from you as a tenant.
• Within 48 hours of you taking possession of the keys you are required to return 1 copy of the property condition and inventory report with any comment neccesary - a copy of this amended report will be returned to you.
• All outstanding matters should be addressed at this time.
